Child Mental Health Coaching
I’m a Child Mental Health Coach working in schools and private practice, and I help children build emotional resilience, understand their feelings, and develop the tools they need to thrive. Through one-on-one coaching, I create a safe, supportive space where kids can explore their thoughts, set personal goals, and build the confidence and skills to achieve them. Whether it's managing anxiety, improving focus, or boosting self-esteem, I work closely with each child—and their family—to support their mental well-being and long-term success.

My goal is to help your child to build their emotional resilience, enhance their understanding of their own minds and emotions and learn to regulate and manage their own mental well-being.

My training is accredited and regulated by the ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists) and the APHP (Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy) giving you confidence that I know what I'm talking about, and have all the appropriate safeguarding training, insurance and supervision to ensure a high level of ethical practice.

I have extensive (professional and personal) experience with neurodiverse children, and I love helping them understand their strengths while giving them insight into what’s happening in their brains and bodies. Just knowing can make a huge difference. I'm also experienced at working with children who are not in school / home educated - think of me as the mental health support a great school would offer - sometimes a voice which isn't a parent is just what is needed.

I work with children who may be struggling with neurodiversity, anxiety, low self-esteem, big emotions, or difficulties with confidence and resilience. Every child is different, and together we can find strategies that help them feel more understood, capable, and empowered.
For example, it’s thought that children with ADHD hear around 20,000 more negative statements than their neurotypical peers by the time they’re 12—which is huge. Working together to rebuild self-esteem and redress that balance can be so valuable, whatever your child’s challenges may be.
If this sounds like your child - I can help:
