What is Relax Kids?

Relax Kids is one of the leading programs for child relaxation classes and resources. Relax Kids uses relaxation techniques to help children recognise their strengths and manage their emotional journey through life. The relaxation techniques provide a toolbox of skills which children can take with them as they grow up. If children can learn to be calm under pressure at a young age, this ability will help them throughout their life.

Relax Kids uses research-based mindful and relaxation techniques alongside values and positive psychology (positivity, strength-building, gratitude, resilience and compassion) to help support children's emotional health and wellbeing.

Little Stars
Little Stars are Relax Kids classes for children under 5.
They follow the same 7 steps, around a different theme or story each week, teaching children how to relax and enjoy being still.
The classes incorporate movement and exercise, mindfulness and relaxation games, stretching, massage ( often parents with their own child), breathing techniques, affirmations and visualisations. The sessions gently introduce children to simple and fun relaxation tools that can be used in all areas of their lives..
Parents are expected to stay with their child and can also benefit from the tools we use.
